Sweet Potato Kugel

Kugel is a dish steeped in tradition and ceremony. This version of the holiday classic is as close to "mom's" as we could ask for, with some new touches that make it all our own. Finely shredded sweet potatoes are lightly tossed with butter, honey and raisins. Orange juice and dried cranberries add a refreshing tartness. This kugel isn't cloyingly sweet, and it has just enough caramelized flavor to perfectly complement any savory entrée or vegetable.

Heating Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove kugel's plastic wrap and lid. Place uncovered on middle rack and bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is thoroughly heated. Enjoy!

*Please note- Do not heat in toaster oven; discard all packaging and transfer to toaster oven safe bakeware first.
