Take leftover charoset and add it to Greek yogurt and a few other ingredients for a creamy, filling smoothie. We subbed in a traditional charoset for our new beet and date version. Get the twist after the cut!
What You’ll Need:
1 cup leftover apple and beet charoset
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
Splash of milk (we used 2% milk)
What to Do:
Freeze your banana for a few hours or until hard. (Overnight is best.)
Combine charoset, yogurt, banana, and a splash of milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve!
