This delicious Easter dessert from our friends at Hershey’s is, quite literally, as easy as pie. And it combines five of our favorite things: 1. Peanut butter. 2. Chocolate. 3. Graham crackers. 4. More peanut butter. 5. More chocolate. Whip it up in 20 minutes in three simple steps.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Makes 8 servings
What You’ll Need:
20 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures, unwrapped
1 large tub (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 packaged graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
50 Hershey’s Kisses Milk Chocolates, unwrapped
Hershey’s Candy-Coated Milk Chocolate Eggs (optional)
Additional Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures or Hershey’s Kisses Milk Chocolates (optional)
What to Do:
1. Chop each peanut butter cup into 6 pieces and set aside. Microwave 50 chocolates in medium microwave-safe bowl on medium (50%) 1 minute or just until chocolate is melted when stirred. Stir in 3-1/2 cups whipped topping until blended.
2. Spread half of chocolate mixture into crust and sprinkle with peanut butter cup pieces. Top with remaining chocolate mixture. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
3. Spread with remaining whipped topping just before serving. Garnish each serving with additional candies, if desired. Enjoy!
