What You’ll Need:
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (151/2 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (141/2 oz.) beef broth
1 can (141/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chiles
2 tbsp. chili powder
For toppings: sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onion, sliced black olives
What to Do:
In a skillet, brown beef. Drain. Stir in chili powder.
In your slow cooker, add beef, beans, broth, and diced tomatoes. Cook on low for 6–8 hours.
To serve, garnish with sour cream, cheese, green onion, and black olives.
