Not all margaritas are created equal, and this sweet version is no exception. Plus, it has kale, which makes it healthy… right? Get the full recipe after the jump.

What You’ll Need:
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 ounces lime juice
1 1/2 ounces tequila
1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
2 ounces blackberry lime purée
Blackberry Lime Purée
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup of coconut water
1/3 pink lemon juice
12 ounces fresh blackberries
5 large leaves of red kale
What to Do:
Remove the stalk of your red kale leaves and blend with blackberries, lemon juice, coconut water, and lime juice.
Combine with sugar, additional lime juice, tequila, and Grand Marnier.
Rim your glass with pink himalayan salt and serve your margarita over ice.
