What to Do:
Heat a skillet and add butter, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and blueberries. Cook for a few minutes until you have a nice glaze and steamy blueberries.
While your blueberries are heating, add large chunks of brie cheese on your favorite bread.
Top your bread and cheese with your blueberries and fresh mint. Finish cooking in the same skillet (add more butter if necessary) until the cheese is melted and the bread is a golden brown.
