Delicious, beautiful and packed with superfoods can you really ask for more? Dare we say this baller bowl is even more fun to eat than its smoothie cousin?
What You’ll Need:
2 packs of frozen pitaya
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen cherries
1 cup of frozen Raspberries
1/2 cup of Brasilia Blueberry Bai
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of goji berries
1 tablespoon of coconut chips
1/2 cup of strawberries
What to Do:
In a blender, blend together all smoothie ingredients: Pitaya, banana, berries, cherries, and Brasilia Blueberry Bai. Blend until smooth.
Pour (you may need help from a spatula) into a medium sized bowl, top with fresh berries, seeds, goji berries and shredded coconut. Feel free to get creative and add whatever toppings you love!
