What You’ll Need:
FreshDirect Sides in a Snap Steamed Brown Rice
Pre-cut red cabbage
FreshDirect Cilantro Sesame Marinade
What to Do:
Bring water to a boil. Cook eggs for 5–7 minutes, depending how runny you like them.
Microwave brown rice for 2 minutes.
Add brown rice to a bowl and top with carrots, cabbage, snow peas, and 1 soft boiled egg.
Top with sesame seeds and a drizzle of cilantro sesame marinade. Serve slightly warm or refrigerate for an easy, healthy lunch.
