Pre-made hummus, baby carrots, and curly parsley make for adorable snacks. Put them all in small flower pots, which you can find at most garden and craft stores, and serve. We think these would be super cute as an appetizer to your Easter brunch or for a children’s party.
What You’ll Need:
Baby carrots (we used Pete’s Greens organic baby carrots)
Hummus
Curly parsley
Small flower pots
What to Do:
Clean your flower pots and let them dry. You don’t want any leftover dirt from your last succulent project in your hummus!
Fill the pots with your favorite homemade hummus recipe, or your go-to store-bought brand. We used plain hummus but think that garlic or spicy would be tasty, too.
Cut small holes in the tops of your baby carrots and insert tiny pieces of curly parsley.
Dip your carrots in the hummus, and serve alongside extra carrots. Enjoy!
