What You’ll Need:
10 ounces flour
1 tablespoon cacao
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 1/2 ounces brown sugar
2 1/2 ounces vegetable oil
1 egg at room temperature
2 1/2 ounces honey
Coarse sea salt
Vanilla caramel candy
2 tablespoons heavy cream
What to Do:
In a medium bowl mix flour, cacao, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and brown sugar. Then add the oil, egg, and honey. Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth dough.
Roll a ball from the dough. Make small balls (a teaspoon size) from the dough and put them on a prepared baking sheet, then flatten the balls a little to make the cookies. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Bake for 10 min on 320°F. Let them cool down completely on a wire rack.
For the sauce, put 15 vanilla caramels and 2 tablespoons heavy cream in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted, stirring frequently. Drizzle over the cooled cookies and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Enjoy!
