1/2 oz. vermouth
3-5 dashes bitters
Ice
Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist and serve.

1 ripe banana
8 oz. almond milk
1 scoop blueberries

8 oz. soy milk
1 oz. Grady’s Cold-Brew
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 small ripe banana
1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)

7. Grady’s Cold-Brew Bread Pudding
Serves 12
1½ cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
½ cup Grady’s Cold-Brew
2 cups granulated sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup of your favorite chocolate, chopped
1 lb. day old Italian or Country white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
Preheat oven to 350° F. In large bowl, stir together cream, milk, and Grady’s. Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and cinnamon; stir until incorporated. Stir in eggs, pecans, and chocolate.
Grease a 9×13 baking dish and add bread. Cover with mixture and let absorb liquid for 30 minutes. Bake for 1 hour—bread pudding should be set and moistened by melted chocolate. Serve hot, cold, or at room temperature.
