On a hot summer day, nothing is better than waking up to some chilled Grady’s Cold-Brew coffee over ice. Born and bred in Brooklyn, Grady’s is made locally in small batches using a New Orleans-style blend that gives it its amazing flavor. Our friends at Grady’s have perfected the cold cup of joe, and this amazing coffee concentrate isn’t only limited to being poured over ice—check out these 7 new ways to try Grady’s Cold-Brew from the folks at Grady’s after the jump.

1. Grady’s Manhattan

1 oz. bourbon
1 oz. Grady’s Cold-Brew
1/2 oz. vermouth
3-5 dashes bitters
Ice

Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist and serve.

2. Night Coffee

2 oz. tequila
2 oz. Grady’s Cold-Brew
Ice

Mix and serve.

3. Cold-Brew Orange Twist

2 oz. dark spiced rum
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. Grady’s Cold Brew
Ice

Mix and serve.

4. The Grady’s Lady from Bubby’s Restaurant

Grady’s Cold-Brew
Nocino (walnut liqueur)
Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur)
Tito’s vodka
Organic half & half

Mix and serve.

5. Dave’s Sunday Morning Smoothie

1 oz. Grady’s Cold-Brew
1 ripe banana
8 oz. almond milk
1 scoop blueberries
Honey to taste 

Throw it all in a blender and enjoy!

6. John and Elana’s Cold-Brew Smoothie 
8 oz. soy milk
1 oz. Grady’s Cold-Brew
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 small ripe banana
1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)

Blend. Drink. Love.

7. Grady’s Cold-Brew Bread Pudding
Serves 12

1½ cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
½ cup Grady’s Cold-Brew
2 cups granulated sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup of your favorite chocolate, chopped
1 lb. day old Italian or Country white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes

Preheat oven to 350° F. In large bowl, stir together cream, milk, and Grady’s. Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and cinnamon; stir until incorporated. Stir in eggs, pecans, and chocolate.

Grease a 9×13 baking dish and add bread. Cover with mixture and let absorb liquid for 30 minutes. Bake for 1 hour—bread pudding should be set and moistened by melted chocolate. Serve hot, cold, or at room temperature.

There's no better time to eat chili than whenever There's no better time to eat chili than whenever you want. Check out @feedyoursister's recipe for Turkey Chili

What you'll need::
• 3 tbsp olive or avocado oil
• 1 tsp pink salt
• 1 container of mirepoix (chopped onion, carrot and celery)
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped (optional)
• 2 red bell peppers, chopped
• 1 pound ground turkey/beef/chicken (you can also sub in crumbled tofu)
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
• 1 large can of diced tomatoes (28 oz)
• 2-3 cans of beans (Black, pinto, kidney, refried or aduki beans are great choices.)

What you'll do::
In a large pot, add in the first six ingredients and sauté over medium heat until the onions and peppers have a chance to sweat and soften, about 5-7 minutes.

Add in meat of choice or tofu. Stir around and crumble using a wooden spoon until all the meat is mostly cooked.

Add in chili powder, cayenne (if using) and cumin. Stir ingredients around in the pot to prevent burning.

Add in stock, diced tomatoes and beans. If you are adding in extra chopped veggies, add them in now as well. Mix to combine.

Let simmer for about 40 minutes.

Fill your bowl with whatever toppings you’d like and enjoy!
