Grilled Turkey Tenderloins with Brown Sugar Rub Recipe
What you’ll need:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 (24 oz) pkg turkey breast tenderloins
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Canola oil, for brushing
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Set grill or grill pan to medium-low. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pat the tenderloins dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the mustard onto tenderloins. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over tenderloins and rub to evenly coat. Let sit 15 minutes.
Lightly brush the grates with the oil. Place tenderloins on grill. Grill turkey 30–40 minutes, until internal temperature of thickest part reaches 165 F, turning every 10 minutes. Remove turkey from grill. Let rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve turkey. Garnish with the parsley, if desired.
Tip: Serve the grilled turkey tenderloins with potato salad, grilled veg, or on a roll.
