We’re calling these cookies Peanut Butter Pretzel Delight Cookies, but they could also be called a Holiday in Your Mouth, or Everything But the Kitchen Sink. Why? Because they are full of all of the best ingredients—chocolate chips, Reese’s chips, and pretzels. Just try not to eat the dough before you actually bake them—we failed miserably.
What You’ll Need:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup stick pretzels, broken into thirds
1/2 cup Reese’s chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet Hershey’s chocolate chips
What to Do:
Pre-heat the oven to 350°.
Mix butter and sugar together until creamy. Gradually add in vanilla and egg.
In a separate bowl, combine salt, baking soda, and flour. Slowly mix dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
Fold in pretzels, Reese’s chips, and Hershey’s chocolate chips.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray or cover with parchment paper. Spoon cookies onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Packaging Ideas:
Wrap cookies in cellophane and tie with your favorite ribbon, or put four cookies in a decorative cardboard box. It’s the sweetest gift you’ll ever give.
