You can freeze way more than just water.

1. Freeze coffee for an easy iced latte.
Make coffee cubes by freezing leftover coffee in a tray over night. In the morning, toss the frozen cubes into a glass of milk for an easy iced latte in minutes, or add them to your cold brew coffee for an even bigger caffeine kick.
2. Freeze champagne for an upside down mimosa.
Add frozen champagne ice cubes to glasses of orange juice and even more champagne. As the cubes melt they’ll add extra bubbles to your brunch mimosa.
3. Freeze pomegranate arils in sparkling water for a lovely treat.
We did this for Valentine’s Day (did you know that pomegranate arils are aphrodisiacs?), but freezing pomegranate arils in ice cubes can be done year-round for an extra special ice cube.
4. Freeze watermelon chunks to create fruity ice cubes.
Take pre-cut watermelon chunks, freeze them on a cookie sheet, and in the morning you’ll be left with frozen watermelon cubes that are the perfect companion to your water. Add a sprig of fresh mint for an even more refreshing H2O.
5. Freeze red and blue berries for berry wonderful patriotic cubes.
Freeze blueberries and raspberries in thin ice cube trays and toss them in your favorite sparkling water for a touch of red, white, and blue. While this is perfect for Memorial Day or Fourth of July, we also love them for a pop of color and hint of fruitiness all year long.
6. Freeze rose petals to keep your champagne cold.
Whether you freeze rose petals and toss them in a bowl to keep your date night champagne cold, or you add them to your favorite cocktail for a splash of millennial pink, these rose petal cubes are sure to wow.
