Perfect for your Easter brunch or just as a refreshing spin on lemonade, you’re going to be ob-sessed with this lavender version. (And if lemonade is too PG for you, add your favorite spirit or a splash of champagne for an adult twist.)
What You’ll Need:
6 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup dried lavender
2 cups lemon juice
What to Do:
Combine three cups of water and the sugar and bring it to a boil. Add in the honey and lavender.
Let mixture sit over night—this will leave you with a powerful lavender flavor. In the morning, strain the liquid to remove any excess lavender pieces.
Add in lemon juice, lavender sugar water, and additional three cups of water.
Serve with fresh lavender and lemon slices.
