When mangos are back in season, we get the urge to put them in everything. And they don’t disappoint in this salsa recipe. This dip hits your taste buds in all the right ways. Sweet, spicy, tangy, creamy, and fresh—all in one bite!
What You’ll Need:
2 mangos, roughly chopped
1 ripe avocado, roughly chopped
1/2 English cucumber, roughly chopped
1/4 cup red onions, roughly chopped
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro
1 jalapeño pepper, roughly chopped (more seeds means more heat!)
Juice of 1 lime
Ground black pepper
What To Do:
Combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste. Eat right away or let the flavors marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve with chips and enjoy!
