Brooklyn Mills brings almost five decades of experience to baking nutrient dense, naturally leavened, delicious European-style breads. They use 100% stone-milled, locally-sourced whole grain flour that is transformed into living dough within hours of being ground.
One of the oldest continuously-operating orchards in Vermont, Champlain Orchards manages over 220 acres of fruit trees, including 140+ apple varieties. They are careful stewards of the land, following strict standards to minimize their carbon footprint and ensure sustainability.
Famous for its Korean pears which grow up and over low rows of trellises, Evergreen Farm is owned by Chong Il Kim, and his wife, Sun Yi. Kim grew up on his father’s orchard in Korea, and came to the US to fulfill a dream of bringing the fruits he loved to new markets.
Gustiamo
Gustiamo is dedicated to importing authentic food from Italian farms and producers. Among the brands they represent are Faella, a traditional maker of pasta, Gustarosso, a purveyor of prized San Marzano tomatoes, and Pianogrillo, a beloved tomato sauce producer.
Hudson Harvest’s mission is to change the food system by providing a reliable outlet for small farms. Founded in Kingston, NY in 2011, they work with local partners to distribute transparently-produced, high-quality food to customers in the northeast.
This non-profit organic farmers’ cooperative represents over 75 Lancaster County, PA small-scale family farms. All members are committed to growing with highly maintained and enriched soils, as well as farming with consideration for the land, animals, and people.
This award-winning farm and artisan cheese maker is run by Lorraine Lambiase and Sheila Flanagan in Thurman, NY. They are driven by a great love of artisan cheese, the challenges of farm life, and of all living creatures—they house over 130 farm sanctuary animals.
This all-female, Brooklyn-based snack company makes 100% raw, plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free alternatives to your average treats. Founder Emma Ros started RÅW after seeing the need for a healthy snack to match the daily New York hustle.
