Prep and bake on one pan for one of the fastest homemade dinners ever.
What You’ll Need:
4-ounce salmon fillets
1-pound of asparagus
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons parsley
1–2 lemons
Salt and pepper
What to Do:
Preheat your oven to 425°.
Prep your ingredients: Wash and remove the ends of your asparagus, approximately 1/2-inch. Mince the garlic and chop the parsley. Cut lemons into thin slices. Cut any large pieces of salmon into thinner fillets.
Cover the asparagus with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss until covered.
Place your salmon in the middle of your baking sheet. Cover with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh parsley, and lemon slices. Surround the salmon with asparagus.
Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked all the way through. Drizzle the salmon and asparagus with fresh lemon juice and serve.
