A classic salad turned pasta dish. Have it warm for dinner one night and cold for lunch the next day—you’re guaranteed to love it both times.
What You’ll Need:
12 ounces Just FreshDirect linguine
2 1/2 cups water
12 ounces cherry tomatoes
1 white onion
6 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
2 sprigs basil, plus more for garnish
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
What to Do:
Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice onion and garlic.
Place pasta, tomatoes, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, basil, oil, salt, pepper, and water in a large skillet and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir frequently. Boil for about 9 minutes or until pasta is cooked to your liking.
Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
