This is not your momma’s oatmeal!
Cold overnight oats are the new hot oats because they’re just so cool. Literally. Simply mix equal parts Quaker Old Fashioned Oats with milk, add your favorite toppings, and go. The best part? Each one is totally customizable. Just start with your base and in the morning, top with your fave sweet or savory add-ons. The options are literally endless, but here are three combinations we love: classic chocolate and peanut butter, sweet berries and coconut, and savory yet sweet maple bacon oats.

Berry Coconut Oats
What You’ll Need:
1 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon chia seeds
Strawberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Shredded coconut
What to Do:
Combine oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla, and chia seeds. Mix well and chill over night.
In the morning, top your oats with shredded coconut and your favorite berries. We went with blackberries and raspberries but think it would be just as good with bananas, too!
Maple Bacon Oats
What You’ll Need:
1 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons walnuts
2 tablespoons maple syrup, plus more for the bacon
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Bacon
What to Do:
Combine the oats, milk, walnuts, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl or mason jar and refrigerate over night.
In the morning, bake the maple bacon: Pre-heat your oven to 400°. Lay bacon on a cookie sheet in a tight row. Slather both sides of the bacon with maple syrup and bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping once.
Once the bacon is cooked to your preference, top your oats with extra walnuts, maple bacon, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Oats
What You’ll Need:
1 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup soy milk
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Unsalted peanuts
Chocolate chips
What to Do:
Combine oats, soy milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, and cocoa powder in a bowl or mason jar. Mix well and chill over night.
In the morning, add chopped salted peanuts and chocolate chips. Serve immediately or take with you on the go!
