We’ve made a tasty twist on this Tuscan salad of bread and tomatoes
Have day-old bread that’s on its last legs? Make panzanella!
What You’ll Need:
Brooklyn Mills bread
Truffle Burrata
Heirloom tomatoes
Fresh basil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
What to Do:
Slice your bread into strips. Cover in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill, bake, or toast bread until nice and crunchy.
Slice your heirloom tomatoes into large chunks. Roll fresh basil leaves together and slice into small ribbons.
Top your tomatoes with toasted bread, basil, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Add a hefty dollop of truffle burrata cheese on top and serve! It’s the most refreshing side salad you’ll have this summer.
