What You’ll Need:
Peaches
Mozzarella
Mint
Proscuitto
Balsamic Vinegar
What to Do:
Cut peaches and mozzarella into thin slices.
On a cutting board, layer like so: peach slice, mozzarella round, 2–3 mint leaves, and a slice of prosciutto.
Drizzle the entire dish with thick balsamic vinegar and serve.
