With layers of gooey cheese, Italian spices, and crispy pepperoni, this dip is sure to have no leftovers. Whether you dip with tortilla chips, pita chips, or a piece of Italian bread, it’s a flavor touchdown.
What You Need:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
Pepperoni slices
What to Do:
Preheat your oven to 350°. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, oregano, and basil with 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Spread the creamy mixture into a pie pan or casserole dish, and top it with the pizza sauce. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, followed by as much pepperoni as you want! (Mix it with turkey pepperoni for some extra complexity.) Bake for 25 minutes or until it looks perfectly bubbly and the cheese is golden.
