We’re making pizza for breakfast. Because that’s how we pizza pie.
What You’ll Need:
Avocados (our favorite is Avocados from Mexico)
Pizza dough
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Bacon
Tomatoes
Olive oil
What to Do:
Let your pizza dough rest in the fridge over night. In the morning, roll it out and remove a piece large enough for a small personal pizza, about 8 inches.
Preheat oven to 500°. Cover your dough with a light layer of olive oil and bake for 10 minutes. While this is baking, cook bacon and slice your tomatoes and avocado.
Remove pizza from oven and add shredded cheese and bacon. Bake for another 2–3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Remove again and top with fresh tomatoes and avocado. Add freshly cracked salt and pepper and serve with your favorite hot sauce.
