It’s a smoothie pack, after all! Drop it in a mason jar for a super easy breakfast to go. The best part is that you can mix and match your favorite fruits and even swap out almond milk for coconut milk, cashew milk, or even peanut butter. Yum! What you’ll need:
- 1 Pitaya Pack
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- 1/3 cup almond milk
Combine the ingredients in a blender. Pour into your favorite mason jar and enjoy.
2. Put it in a cocktail.
Making a margarita, erm, Pitaya-rita has never been easier. You’ll need:
- 1/4 Pitaya Pack
- 3 ounces tequila
- 4 ounces club soda
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 1 squeeze of lime
- Ice cubes
Stir until the Pitaya dissolves and garnish with mint. Bottoms up!
3. Put it in a parfait.
Try this delectable (and healthy) parfait as breakfast, snack, or even for dessert. Winning! What you’ll need:
- 1 slice of banana bread
- 1/2 thawed Pitaya Pack
