We all know that turkeys are the main event of any Thanksgiving feast, but you can’t beat chocolate. These adorable treats are perfect for kids, as party favors, or even as a cute centerpiece. Just don’t expect them to last long—your guests will gobble them up faster than you can say “leftovers.”
What You’ll Need:
What to Do:
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set to the side.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring often.
As the chocolate melts, remove the icing from Oreo cookies. Lay them on the cookie sheet in a row—this is where you’ll eventually place the pretzel rods.
Dip the pretzel rods in the melted chocolate, leaving approximately 1/4 of the bottom uncovered. Lay them on the center of the Oreos.
Start placing candy corn on the Oreos around the pretzel rods, using melted chocolate as adhesive. Break orange M&Ms in half and place them on the pretzels as the beak.
Refrigerate or freeze for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens. Place in cute jars or plastic bags as gifts and enjoy!
