Offset holiday indulgence by eating a protein rich, fruit & yogurt parfait for breakfast or even dessert!
What You’ll Need
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 small watermelon cut into stars (we used a cookie cutter)
Honey, for drizzling (optional)
What To Do
In your serving glasses, assemble the layered parfait, starting with the berries, followed by the yogurt; repeat until each glass is full. Top with a light drizzle of honey and garnish with the watermelon stars.
