It’s a cheesy upgrade to classic roasted potatoes.
What You’ll Need:
1 container pre-cut sweet potatoes
Olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Fresh parsley
What to Do:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove the sweet potatoes from the container, and cut each large cube into 2–4 smaller cubes. Place in a bowl and cover with olive oil, cheese, herbs, and garlic powder.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool and serve with fresh parsley.
