They’re actually pretty sweet with just a hint of savory.
What You’ll Need:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
2 sticks unsalted cold butter
1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
What to Do:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour, sugar, rosemary, and salt.
Break up cold butter into small pieces.
In a food processor, standing mixer, or blender, combine the dry ingredients with cold butter. You’ll just need a few pulses!
Roll your dough flat and use a small, circular cookie cutter to make bite-sized cookies. (Recipe yields approximately 40 cookies).
Bake cookies for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cookies sit for another 10 minutes to harden before serving.
