We love that the start of citrus season coincides with the holiday season—a perfect pairing. Our friends at Sanpellegrino® shared this cocktail recipe that highlights both fresh citrus and their bright, refreshing Sanpellegrino® clementine flavor; it’s an awesome alternative to soda-based cocktails this holiday party season. Check out the recipe after the jump!

Single Cocktail
8 oz. Sanpellegrino® Clementina
1.5 oz. of your favorite bourbon
1/2 oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. rosemary-honey syrup*
Rosemary sprig for garnish
In a 12-oz. highball with ice, add the lemon juice and the rosemary-honey syrup. Stir to mix. Add 8 oz. of Sanpellegrino® Clementina. (If you’re making a mocktail, just mix these ingredients and serve.) Add 1.5 oz. of your favorite bourbon to make a whiskey sour. Stir again to mix and garnish with rosemary.
Party Pitcher
Glassware: stemless wine glasses
Prepare for your next gathering by mixing up the base of the cocktail in a pitcher. Use 3/4 cups rosemary-honey syrup to 1/2 cup of lemon juice. Multiply the ingredients to fill your pitcher. In each glass place 1.5 oz. of the batch and top with 8 oz. Clementina. Garnish with lemon slices and rosemary sprig.
*To make rosemary-honey syrup, make a strong rosemary tea by putting fresh rosemary in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and cover. Let infuse for 2-3 hours. Add more rosemary for desired strength. Take 1 part Rosemary tea and mix with 1 part honey.
