To better serve our customers in the tri-state market surrounding New York City, we will be expanding in our home markets in the coming years. Because of this expansion, we will be exiting the markets that are serviced by our Washington, DC and Philadelphia facilities.

Why are you closing service in those areas?
After much consideration, we have decided to focus on our home market in the New York City metro area.
When are you closing service in these areas?
The last day you will be able to place an order for delivery in the Philadelphia or Washington, DC areas is Friday, September 2, with some neighborhoods ending Monday, August 29. The final deliveries will be made on Saturday, September 3.
How can I receive credit for my DeliveryPass?
Outstanding DeliveryPass subscriptions will be credited to your original form of payment by September 30, 2022. You do not need to request these credits; they will be returned automatically.

How much credit will I receive for my DeliveryPass?
You will receive a credit to your original form of payment for the remaining value that was left on your DeliveryPass as of August 29, 2022.
I have store credit that I can no longer use. How can I receive that as a credit to my credit card?
Any credits on your FreshDirect account will be returned to your original form of payment by September 30, 2022. You do not need to request these credits; they will be returned automatically.

I have a gift card that I can no longer use. Can you help me with that?

What is going to happen to my customer information? Will you sell it?
FreshDirect will not share customer data with any alternative service provider. We adhere to all consumer data privacy laws.
If I move to an area with service, will my account still work?
Your account will remain available for you to use unless you choose to deactivate it.
How can I deactivate my account?
To deactivate your account, visit the Account Preferences page and scroll down to request deletion of your data.
I am a business / corporate customer with a standing order. What will happen with that?
Standing order settings will be deleted from your account on September 3, 2022.
