1/2 avocado
1 banana
2 drops peppermint extract
1 cup almond, coconut, or soy milk
Fresh mint
Honey

What to Do:
Freeze bananas for a few hours or over night. Let the frozen bananas sit at room temperature for 10-20 minutes before adding them to the smoothie.
