What You’ll Need:
Brisket
Heavy Duty Reynolds Wrap
Black Pepper
Kosher Salt

What to Do:
Season the brisket heavily with black pepper and kosher salt. Set to the side.

Place brisket on the grill and cook on low for two hours.

Remove brisket from the grill and wrap completely in Heavy-Duty Reynolds Wrap.

Place brisket on a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven at 250 degrees until the brisket reaches 190 degrees.

Remove from the oven, let sit for 30 minutes, and enjoy!
