Thought you couldn’t love tacos anymore? Think again! Forget about deciding if you should have hard or soft shells tonight, just fill up the avocados instead.
What to Do:
Sauté the ground beef or Beyond Meat crumbles until it’s thoroughly cooked through. Add 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning per pound of beef or crumbles.
Remove the pits from avocados.
Add beef or crumbles inside avocados where the pit used to be. Top with salsa, cheese, lime juice, and fresh cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips, a fresh margarita, and enjoy!
