What You\u2019ll Need:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

4 Tbsp butter
2 ribs celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1\u00bd jalape\u00f1os, seeded and minced
7 cloves garlic, minced
2\u00bd tbsp poultry seasoning
3 cups shucked oysters and their liquid
2 packages Bread Alone stuffing mix (or 16 cups crisp bread cubes, divided)
1 cup chicken or turkey stock
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
2 cups chopped parsley
2 green onions, sliced
1\u00bd tsp minced rosemary<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

What To Do:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

In a large pot, melt 4 Tbsp butter over high heat until it smokes gently. Add celery, onion, bell pepper, jalape\u00f1os, garlic, and poultry seasoning. Lower to medium heat and saut\u00e9 until browned and tender, 15 minutes.<\/p>

Stir in oysters and their liquid. Cook until edges curl, 4\u20135 minutes. Remove from heat.<\/p>

Stir in 1 package Bread Alone stuffing mix (or 8 cups crisp bread cubes), followed by 1 cup stock. Add 1 more package stuffing mix (or 8 cups bread cubes) and 4 eggs to incorporate. Season with salt and pepper.<\/p>

Fold in parsley, green onions, and rosemary.<\/p>

Stuff in a 12-lb turkey. Or, bake in a greased casserole at 350\u00b0F until golden, 30\u201345 minutes.<\/p>
