What You\u2019ll Need:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

One 15 oz bag medjool dates<\/a>
Cashew butter (about 1\/2 cup)
1\/2 cup chopped pecans
1\/2 cup coconut flakes
1\/2 cup chocolate chips, pulsed in the microwave until melted
1\/4 cup cacao nibs
Flaky sea salt\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

What To Do:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Slice the down the length of each date and remove the pit to create a pocket. Stuff each pocket with a heaping teaspoon of cashew butter. Transfer stuffed dates to a tray or baking sheet.<\/p>

Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the dates, followed by the coconut. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the dates with a spoon. Top with cacao nibs and a dash of sea salt.<\/p>

Set the dates aside for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to set, then transfer to a container or serving dish and enjoy.
