Cover and let sit in a cool, dark place for 2 days.<\/p><p>Once infused, use an immersion blender to pulverize the plums in the vodka. Set a fine mesh strainer over another vessel and pour in the blended vodka to strain out the solids.<\/p><p>Place 2 oz of the plum vodka, simple syrup, Cointreau, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled martini glass.
