What You’ll Need:<\/strong>
\n1 baguette<\/a>, sliced into \u00bd inch pieces
\nOlive oil<\/a>
\nKosher salt
\nFresh cracked black pepper<\/a>
\n6 ounces goat cheese<\/a>
\n1-2 apples<\/a> (our fave is Fuji), cut in half then thinly sliced
\n\u00bc cup walnuts<\/a>, crushed or chopped
\nHoney (we used this spicy honey<\/a>!)
\n1\/4 cup raisins<\/a><\/p>\n

What To Do:<\/strong>
\nPreheat your oven to broil.
\nDrizzle or brush each baguette slice with a little olive oil. Add all pieces to a baking sheet and place in the oven for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the slices are golden brown. Watch and make sure they don’t burn!
\nTake out of the oven, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then set aside to cool.<\/p>\n

Once the slices are cooled, slather on a layer of goat cheese. Add one or two apple slices then sprinkle with the crushed walnuts. Finish each slice with a drizzle of honey and a few raisins. Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
