\n1 teaspoon onion powder
\n\u00bc teaspoon cayenne pepper

\n2 to 3 cups panko bread crumbs

\nIn a large, high-sided skillet, heat oil to 350\u00b0F. Arrange 3 shallow bowls: The first with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. To the second bowl, add the eggs and whisk. To the third bowl, add the panko. Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour, then coat in egg mixture, then thoroughly coat in bread crumbs.
