In a medium bowl, add apples, brown sugar and cinnamon, and toss; evenly coat apples in sugar and cinnamon. Let the mixture sit about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Right before serving, warm the crepes in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds; heat chopped apples in a pan on medium heat. Add the apples to the center of the crepe and roll as desired.
