Add the pear slices, pecans, pom, bacon, and blue cheese; gently toss together.<br \/>\nIn a separate bowl, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper; whisk until the dressing comes together (this can also be done in a blender). Pour over the dressing over the salad and toss so the dressing evenly coats everything.
