\n2 ripe avocados (our fave is Avocados from Mexico)
\n1\/4 cup pico de gallo
\n4 slices of bacon, crisped and crumbled
\n1 lime, juiced
\n1 tsp cumin
\n1\/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
\n1 small tomato, finely chopped
\nSalt
\nPepper<\/p>\n
\nScoop your avocado into a bowl, mash with the back end of a fork then add the onion and tomato. Add the remaining ingredients to the avo mixture; stir well.<\/p>\n

\n1 sweet potato, baked
\n1\/2 lime, juiced
\n1 tbsp salsa verde
\n1 tsp cumin
\nSalt
\nPepper<\/p>\n
\nScoop your avocado into a bowl, smash with the back end of a fork then add the sweet potato. Add the remaining ingredients to the avo mixture; stir well.<\/p>\n
