<\/span>1\/4<\/span>\u00a0cup<\/span>\u00a0sour cream
<\/span>1<\/span>\u00a0(1 oz.) packet<\/span> dry ranch seasoning mix<\/span>
<\/span>1<\/span>\u00a0cup<\/span>\u00a0+ 2 tablespoons finely grated sharp cheddar cheese, <\/span>divided
<\/span>6<\/span>\u00a0slices<\/span>\u00a0bacon, cooked and diced<\/span>
2 tablespoons jalapeno
<\/span>1\/4<\/span>\u00a0cup<\/span>\u00a0chopped green onions<\/span>
<\/span>2\/3<\/span>\u00a0cup<\/span>\u00a0chopped pecans<\/span><\/p>\n

What To Do<\/strong>
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, jalapeno, ranch seasoning, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, half of the bacon and 2 tablespoons green onions until well combined. Pour the mixture out onto plastic wrap and cover tightly; shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to help firm up.
For the coating, combine the leftover cheese, bacon, pecans and green onion.
Pour the coating mixture onto a sheet pan evenly. Remove cheese ball from plastic wrap and roll in mixture; pressing coating in any empty spots until even. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve and enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n
