Brush each star with butter (or pour butter over stars and toss to coat evenly) and sprinkle each with the cinnamon sugar mixture (back and front).<br>Bake stars for 6-8 minutes but keep an eye on them, they go from golden brown to burnt in an instant!<br>Remove from oven and sprinkle a little more of the cinnamon sugar mixture if desired. Serve with whipped cream and melted chocolate.
