Gruy\u00e8re, grated <br>1 tsp herbes de Provence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What To Do<\/strong><em><br>B\u00e9chamel Sauce<\/em><br>In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until foamy. Add in flour and stir for a couple of minutes until mixture is pale and bubbly. Slowly stir in milk until mixture is smooth. Cook, stirring, until sauce is thick, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat; whisk in mustard, nutmeg, and salt.<br><br><em>Sandwich<\/em><br>Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. <br>Spread b\u00e9chamel on slices of bread (extend to the edges). Add on ham and half of cheese. Cover with remaining slices of bread (b\u00e9chamel side up) and finish with remaining cheese and a sprinkle of herbes de Provence. Bake until cheese is gooey and bubbly; about 10-15 minutes.
