The secret trick is to add a thick layer of Sabra hummus, which not only keeps the toppings in place, but also brings lots of deliciously creamy flavor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">One\u00a015 oz can\u00a0chickpeas<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 teaspoon cumin<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\u00bd cup Sabra Classic Hummus<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 vegan flatbread or naan<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 cup chopped romaine lettuce<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\u00bc cup sliced kalamata or black olives<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\u00bc cup halved cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">\u00bc cup quartered and sliced Persian cucumber<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 Tablespoon minced red onion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>What To Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">1. Preheat oven to 425 F.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2. <strong>Make roasted chickpeas:<\/strong> Open canned chickpeas, drain, rinse and pat dry. Place on baking\u00a0sheet and season with olive oil and cumin. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Bake in oven until golden and lightly crisped, 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. <strong>Tip:<\/strong> You&#8217;ll only need 3 tablespoons of the chickpeas for the flatbread, but the rest will be great on a salad, in a veggie bowl, or even as a snack.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">3. Brush grill generously with olive oil, then preheat on medium heat for at least 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">4. Spread Sabra\u00ae Classic Hummus on flatbread or naan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">5.\u00a0Scatter prepped romaine, olives, tomatoes, cucumber and red onion on top of hummus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">6. It features veggies in every single color, plus plenty of Sabra hummus on the bottom to keep those toppings anchored as well as provide lots of protein-packing flavor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 vegan flatbread or naan<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Sabra Classic Hummus<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons chopped beets<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons diced red onion<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup halved cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup diced orange pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup diced yellow pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup corn kernels<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup diced avocado<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro<\/li>\n<li>Optional garnish: lemon and salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1. Brush grill generously with olive oil, then preheat on medium heat for at least 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2. Brush grill generously with olive oil, then preheat on medium heat for at least 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2. Place shucked and cleaned ear of corn on grill and cook, turning occasionally, until lightly charred. Remove corn from grill, then set aside and let cool. Using a knife, remove corn kernels from cob and set aside.\u00a0<strong>Tip:<\/strong>\u00a0You&#8217;ll only need\u00a0\u00bc cup corn kernels for the flatbread, but the rest will be great on a salad or tossed with other seasonal veggies for a side dish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">3.
