Try it out for a weeknight dinner!<br \/>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53450\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.freshdirect.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/GATC.jpg\" alt=\"GATC\" width=\"680\" height=\"680\" \/><br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>What You&#8217;ll Need:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 package GATC Smoky &amp; Sweet Chili Turkey Breast Strips<br \/>\n2 + 1 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n1 yellow onion, sliced<br \/>\n1 teaspoon cumin, ground<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon coriander, ground<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon cayenne powder<br \/>\n1 red bell pepper, sliced<br \/>\n1 yellow bell pepper, sliced<br \/>\n1 green bell pepper, sliced<br \/>\n1 small bunch cilantro leaves, chopped and divided<br \/>\n4 whole wheat flatbreads<br \/>\nSour cream (optional)<br \/>\nSalsa (optional)<br \/>\nAvocado (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>What To Do:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook GATC Smoky &amp; Sweet Chili Turkey Strips for 2 minutes. Turn over and repeat until internal temperature reaches 165\u00b0F. Transfer to a holding plate to let turkey rest and keep warm.<\/p>\n<p>In the same skillet add olive oil, onions, cumin, coriander, and chipotle powder. Cook over medium heat until onions are soft and fragrant.<\/p>\n<p>Add peppers and cook for 2 more minutes, stirring frequently and being careful not to over-cook.<\/p>\n<p>Then add cilantro and return turkey strips to skillet. Toss well then remove skillet from heat.<\/p>\n<p>In a large non-stick skillet, heat flatbreads until warm and soft.<\/p>\n<p>Divide fajita mix equally between flatbreads, top with remaining cilantro and roll to make four individual wraps.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with sour cream, along with your favorite salsa and avocado.<\/p>\n<p>Gobble up and enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>Chef&#8217;s Note: For extra-toasty fajitas, lightly brush the non- stick pan with olive oil and place over medium-high heat.
