Mini Berry Galettes Recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1 lb. fresh or frozen berries<\/a>
1\/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
Juice from half a lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
One package puff pastry dough (or substitute your favorite pie dough)
1 egg, beaten<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a large bowl, mix berries with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
