Summer Salad with Feta and Peaches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What You’ll Need:<\/strong>
1\/3 cup pecans
4 oz mixed spring greens
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
2 oz feta, crumbled
Extra virgin olive oil
White wine vinegar
Honey
Salt & pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a small, dry skillet, toast pecans over medium heat until fragrant and slightly darker, 4-5 minutes.

Wash and dry spring greens, then place in a large mixing bowl. Add sliced peaches and feta.

In a smaller bowl, whisk a few glugs of olive oil, a splash of white wine vinegar, a drizzle of honey, and salt and pepper to taste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
