We use organic matcha (stone-ground green tea leaves) from the Uji region of Japan to make our Green Tea ice cream. Blended into our sweet cream, this flavor is earthy, lush and freshly-packed with powerful antioxidants. We wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being the best matcha ice cream you've ever had.
